In 2019, we decided to try a plant-based diet as a way to help the environment. After a month of having fun with new ways of cooking plants, we started feeling better physically. We decided that we could eat plant-based as a lifestyle choice IF we could figure out better cheese than what we were able to buy in the grocery store.
