1. About the Vegan America Marketplace

Vegan America Marketplace is an online platform that connects consumers with brands offering plant-based and vegan products. While we verify that participating brands confirm their products are plant-based or vegan, Vegan America is not the direct seller for all products listed. Purchases may be fulfilled directly by partner brands.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use our site or make purchases. By using the Marketplace, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

Creating an account allows you to save preferences, track orders, and access exclusive offers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Orders & Payments

  •  All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card information.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or suspected of fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the seller and destination.
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside our control.
If an item fails to arrive, please contact us and we’ll assist in resolving it with the seller.

6. Returns & Refunds

Each brand on the Marketplace may have its own return and refund policy.
Please review the seller’s policy before purchase. If you’re unsure who the seller is or need assistance, contact us at info@vegan-america.com and we’ll help facilitate the process.

7. Product Information & Authenticity

We work directly with brands to ensure that products are plant-based and/or vegan and that all descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, product details, ingredients, and labeling are provided by the brands themselves. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party listings.

If you believe a product is mislabeled or contains animal-derived ingredients, please notify us immediately - we take these reports very seriously and investigate every case.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Marketplace for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • Interfere with the platform’s operation or security.
  • Post false, misleading, or harmful content (e.g., reviews, product claims).

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vegan America Marketplace - including logos, text, images, and design - is owned by or licensed to Vegan America and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Vegan America is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchases from partner brands.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Marketplace will not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is.”
We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will take effect upon posting on our website, and your continued use of the Marketplace means you accept the revised Terms.
