About This Item

Some teas suit a quiet morning; this one belongs to the bright middle of the day. Our Wild Berry Tea is a caffeine-free herbal blend that captures the feeling of summer in a cup - a deep ruby-red brew, gently tart at first sip, with a softly fruity finish. Hibiscus flowers lend the vivid color and floral tang, rose hips contribute body and a mellow fruitiness, and elderberry adds a deep, dark-berry note that ties it all together. Enjoy it hot during a slow afternoon, or brew it strong and serve over ice for one of the most beautiful iced teas around - no sweetener needed, though a spoonful of honey or a few threads of our saffron can make it even more special. Since it's entirely caffeine-free, it's a blend that everyone in the family can sip morning, noon, or night. Each 0.5 LB bag yields roughly 75 cups, offering weeks of everyday enjoyment from one package.\n\nIngredients: Hibiscus flowers, rose hips, elderberries, natural fruit flavor.\n\nHighlights:\n- Caffeine-free herbal blend, suitable for any time of day\n- Made with hibiscus flowers, rose hips, elderberry, and natural fruit flavor\n- Bright and fruity with a gentle tartness and floral finish\n- Brews into a striking ruby-red tea, delicious hot or iced\n- 0.5 LB of loose leaf tea, brewing approximately 75 cups\n- Complements honey or a touch of saffron beautifully\n\nBrewing instructions: Use about 3 grams (roughly 1 heaping teaspoon) per 6 oz of water. Bring the water to a full boil, pour it over the tea leaves, and let steep for 4 minutes. To make iced tea, double the amount of leaves and pour the brewed tea over a full glass of ice.
