  • Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Wildcrafted wild onion, Wildcrafted garlic mustard, *Fresh Basil, *Fresh Rosemary, Sage, Oregano, *Fresh Jalapeño, Salt (*Organic and/or local when seasonally available).

Garlic mustard and Wild onion are wild edible plants that grow in the northeast during the Spring season. They’re PACKED with flavor and health benefits. They’re also abundant/invasive.

We harvest them, then pair them with a collection of the freshest herbs to craft an Italian-inspired savory sauce designed for you to put on everything!

Texture: Folks compare the texture of this WILD ASS SAUCE to a pesto or chimichurri.

Flavor: Garlicky, savory, and salty. Sort of as delicious as everything you’ve ever had cooked by an Italian Grandma, but with a WILD twist and an ever-so-slight hint of spice.

Shelf Life: This is a FRESH product. We craft this products in very small batches. The batch date is listed on each label. It’s recommended to refrigerate this product and consume it within 1 month of opening.
