Garlic mustard and Wild onion are wild edible plants that grow in the northeast during the Spring season. They’re PACKED with flavor and health benefits. They’re also abundant/invasive. 

We harvest them, then pair them with a collection of the freshest herbs to craft an Italian-inspired savory sauce designed for you to put on everything!

Texture: Folks compare the texture of this WILD ASS SAUCE to a pesto or chimichurri.

Flavor: Garlicky, savory, and salty. Sort of as delicious as everything you’ve ever had cooked by an Italian Grandma, but with a WILD twist and an ever-so-slight hint of spice. 

Shelf Life: This is a FRESH product. We craft this products in very small batches. The batch date is listed on each label. It’s recommended to refrigerate this product and consume it within 1 month of opening.
