As far as I can tell, anyway. I used to take another Turmeric supplement for joints and general inflammation, but it had pepper in it, which, on the one hand makes curcumin more bioavailable, but on the other hand can make it TOO bioavailable (I'll say no more--look it up). So I decided to try this. I think I'm getting the same effects. And yes, it tastes good! If they started sweetening with Allulose for us low carb people, it would be even better!
