Then we strain and combine this herbal oil with 100% natural Lavender essential oil & vegan Candelilla wax. We use candelilla wax in this salve instead of beeswax to ensure that all of this salve's ingredients are 100% plant-based.

What is the shelf life of a salve?
We do not use synthetic or chemical preservatives in any of our products. Nonetheless, salves have a naturally lengthy shelf life. Your scented salve should be suitable for use for one year or longer. All of Glam Gardener's scented salves are made in small batches, so each salve is fresh! When oils turn rancid (bad), they will smell like Crayons. This is a trick that you can use to determine the freshness of most oils and oil-based products.
