Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin)
Manufactured at US GMP certified facility, our vitamin B12 uses the active methylcobalamin form. We use this form due in part to a 2017 study(5) which suggested that Methylcobalamin may be easier for the body to use (more bioavailable) than the cyanocobalamin form, which the body must convert.
