Our Bakon Bits are the same Thrilling Bakon™ you know and love, but in a conveniently pre-crumbled form. They're perfect for pizza, burritos/wraps, pasta, and more.
Quantity: Bakon Bits come in a vacuum sealed, 2lb pouch.
Notes:
- Bakon Bits are frozen when they ship, but they only require refrigeration. When they arrive, place your Bakon Bits in the refrigerator, not the freezer - that way they're easy to scoop out and cook when you're ready.
- We recommend cooking in a skillet and stirring occasionally, or breaking up thoroughly before baking.
- The Bits will tend to stick together when first opened. That's fine. They'll become less sticky as they warm up.
- Restaurants have been using our Bits for years but they're an experimental new product in terms of selling online - so please, let us know what you think!

Non-GMO soybeans, RSPO-certified sustainable non-hydrogenated palmfruit shortening, yeast, vegetable extract, sea salt, black pepper, maple syrup, citric acid.

Shipping and Temperature
Thrilling Bakon is a salt- and smoke-cured plant protein with excellent stability across a wide range of temperatures, but it does require refrigeration, so we ship via 2-day air, with Bakon chilled to 33°F and packed with gel ice packs frozen to -4°F. Ice packs may melt by the time your order arrives and your Bakon may warm up, just as it would in your car coming home from the grocery store. This is normal in warm weather - just pop it in the fridge on arrival and you'll be set.
Order Quantities
Thrilling Bakon ships in three packs of individually wrapped 8oz units. Shipping for a single 3-pack is a flat $15 anywhere in the US, while 6, 9, and 12-packs ship for free!
With a 3–4 month shelf life in your fridge (see best-by date on the package), it's smart to save on shipping by stocking up.
Fulfillment Timing
Orders ship out every Monday-Wednesday except Holidays, via 2-day air. If you order by 12pm PST on a Mon-Wed, we'll usually ship that same day. Thur-Sunday orders will ship the following Monday.
