The only thing that I dislike is having to take 2 capsules a day of that size. I am taking 3 total from future kind that are big capsules 2 pills a day. Other then that I am very pleased with the company and the product.

I have been taking this for about a month now and it is nice to know that I am getting an extra boost in the herbal form. And I love that it's vegan!
