Spicy Red Miso Ramen

I love this product! Not only does it save me time on weeknights when cooking a full meal or a soup from scratch would take too long or too much effort, but you know you are eating well and it is delicious!My favorite: the Spicy Red Miso! But honestly, the broths all have a deep, rich and complex taste. Well done Immi!

Love the spice

Love the new texture of the noodles. The flavor of the sauce mix seems, mmmm, brighter than my last batch from 2 months ago. Keep up the good work.PS: I am gluten sensitive and would appreciate a noodle made from rice.

The miso flavor is great but what really excels is the new noodle formulation!!! It still takes 10 plus minutes to boil the noodles but the texture is MUCH more pleasant and more like traditional ramen. I'm going to boil them a few minutes longer next time, but I think this is a worthy change and I'm grateful for the natural noodles v. Maruchan.

This was our first experience and last night I made a delightful dinner with this spicy miso ramen. I sautéed romanesquo, garlic, yellow summer squash, onion and sliced roast chicken. It was yummy. Thank you so much for creating such a nice high fiber lower carb dinner option.
