What's it taste like?
- This tea has a licorice flavor with an earthy finish. The flavor derives from 2 Licorice-tasting medicinal plants: Licorice Root & Anise Hyssop. The earthy flavor derives from Slippery Elm bark and Mullein leaf.
How does Glam Gardener's Respirator-ease make you feel?
This tea blend works to support the respiratory system, which consists of the lungs, throat, and nose. Some find relief from consuming Respirator-ease when experiencing discomfort from respiratory infections, sore throats, and more.
Licorice root and Slippery elm bark have cooling effects on the throat. Some find the qualities of these plants to be supportive for throat discomfort. For example, if someone does a lot of talking, singing, or shouting, they may find this tea blend supportive.

Sadly, it's common to find dried Anise hyssop from other sellers that's dull in flavor and bland in color. Ours is rich in color, contains its purple flower, and is wonderfully fragrant.
Our Licorice root is American-grown by an independent farm. It's potent, sweet, and packed with flavor. Unlike run-of-the-mill Licorice root that you may find offered by larger big-box distributors. Fresh and high-quality Licorice root is incredibly medicinal, naturally sweet, and potent in flavor.
Calendula flowers have delicate yellow or orange petals that can have a soothing effect on the throat.
How do you make loose leaf herbal tea?
- Bring water to a boil, then use a reusable tea ball to portion one serving of herbal tea in 8-12 ounces of hot water. Infuse for 10 minutes, then drink when cooled.
- You can also prepare loose leaf herbal tea by infusing hot water with herbal tea for 10 minutes, then straining the plant material from the water using a French press or a sieve/strainer.

- Ease looseleaf jar is intended to craft 20+ 8 oz. cups of tea based on a 2 gram tea serving. However, depending on the strength of your tea and the method you choose to brew, servings may vary.
