What's it taste like?
- Fruity, tart, and sage-like. Hibiscus lends a fruity flavor to this herbal tea, while Mugwort adds some body to this blend with its sage-like-ever-so-slightly-bitter flavor. Red clover adds a hint of floral notes to this blend.
How does this blend of Mugwort, Red Clover, Wild lettuce, and Hibiscus make you feel?
This tea blend works to ease menstrual symptoms by addressing hormone imbalances, easing pain, and promoting a calming sensation throughout the body. Drink when you need some relief and are ready to relax.
How do you make loose leaf herbal tea?
- Bring water to a boil, then use a reusable tea ball to portion one serving of herbal tea in 8-12 ounces of hot water. Infuse for 10 minutes, then drink when cooled.
- You can also prepare looseleaf herbal tea by infusing hot water with herbal tea for 10 minutes, then straining the plant material from the water using a French press or a sieve/strainer.

It's naturally antibacterial and antifungal due to its high-volatile oils and fragrant aroma. Mugwort has also gained popularity for helping to facilitate vivid and lucid dreams, as well as acting as a spiritual plant protector of humans. Although this lore is quite mysterious, many people report having clarifying & revealing dreams after consuming Mugwort.
