I just finished 2 weeks on the powder twice daily, when I have checked my Blood pressure even after exercise it seems lower than prior, I will have blood work in 3 months and see if my cholesterol as improved.

It’s maybe too early yet to know all the benefits of taking Alma Green but I have found it to increase my energy. I’ll be excited to see how my blood tests look after taking it for 30 days or more. I have found some delicious ways to incorporate it into my diet with smoothies and my favorite green tea latte.

I give it a 4 stars because it doesn’t desolve as nicely as the original one.
I’m drinking it for about 3 weeks now, but my blood pressure hasn’t gone down just yet.
I will keep drinking it along with a healthy diet. So hopefully it will do it’s trick soon.
