PB2 Powdered Almond Butter takes traditional almond butter and reinvents it. Almonds are freshly roasted, then pressed so most of the oil is removed. A touch of sugar and a pinch of salt are added for flavor, giving you an almond butter with just 1.5 g of fat per serving, roughly 70% fewer calories than the traditional version, and 5 g of plant-based protein. Powdered almond butter naturally raises a lot of questions, and one of the most common is why anyone would switch from the traditional jarred version to a powdered one. While PB2 tastes very similar to traditional almond butter, there are several reasons we believe it fits better into a busy lifestyle:\n- Lower in calories and fat: PB2 contains 90% less fat and about 70% fewer calories than traditional almond butter, without sacrificing that familiar almond butter flavor.\n- High in protein: Just like traditional almond butter, PB2 delivers a solid amount of protein - between 4 and 6 grams per 13-gram serving, depending on the variety you choose.
