Made with 8 simple and recognizable ingredients – Peanuts, sugar, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, tapioca starch, sodium bicarbonate, and salt. The dry mix is filled with 4 grams of plant-based protein and is only 120 calories per brownie.
Unlike your traditional baking mix boxes, PB2 Pantry comes inside a resealable jar. ½ a jar of cookie mix yields approximately 8 brownies and calls for 2 large eggs, 5 tbsp of vegetable oil and 2 tbsp of water. If you want a large batch, use the whole jar and if you want a small batch use less!
Sticking to our roots of providing plant-based foods, we have provided a vegan baking option. Replace the eggs for mashed bananas.
