About This Item

Seed + Mill has turned up the heat on its tahini, crafting this version from double-milled sesame seeds and chilis for a fiery twist on the classic. Think of it the way you'd think of your go-to hot sauce - it's great drizzled over eggs, tacos, grain bowls, and roasted veggies. Much like a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce, this spicy tahini brings both heat and brightness to whatever you're eating. Starting with the tahini you already know, we've double-milled it for an even silkier, more pourable texture, then blended in red hot chilis for an extra kick. Tahini itself is wonderfully versatile - stir it into dips and dressings, or spoon it over toast and roasted vegetables. There's no shortage of ways to use it. Kept sealed in a cool, dry spot, this tahini stays good for up to 18 months; once you've opened it, plan to use it within 12 months. Refrigeration is recommended after opening to help slow down the natural oil separation that can happen after a few months. Should you spot a layer of oil pooling on top, there's no need to worry - the product hasn't spoiled, just give the bottle a good shake before serving. This tahini carries OU kosher certification.
