TASTING PROFILE

HOW IT'S MADE
- Fruit: A complex mix of lemons, herbs, flowers and roots forms the base.
- Tannin: Dry-hopped with Eclipse hops along with a blend of spices.
- Salinity: Murray River salt lends salinity and a moreish quality.
- Acidity: Verjus made from Semillon grapes grown in the Barossa Valley, Australia.
- Balance: As in cooking, a touch of sugar is added at the end to round out the flavour.
