HOW IT'S MADE
- FRUIT: Pears are roasted until their natural sugars caramelise, oxidising into a rich caramel hue that deepens flavour and complexity. They're then sous vide overnight.
- TANNIN: Derived from a blend of spices and black tea.
- SALINITY: Comes from Japanese kombu and Kalamata olive brine.
- ACIDITY: Verjus made from Semillon grapes grown in the Barossa Valley, Australia.
- BALANCE: Agave and vanilla are melted into the blend.

INGREDIENTS

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep in a cool, dry spot. Use a sparkling wine stopper to maintain carbonation once opened. After opening, refrigerate and drink within 5-7 days.
