About This Item

NOMAD MOON is our plant-based sneaker crafted from wheat-corn leather and linen. Pairing these two materials lets us offer a vegan shoe that's lightweight, breathable, and built to last. The wheat-corn leather (69% bio-based!) comes from repurposed agricultural waste, serving as a strong alternative to animal-derived leather. It's flexible, sturdy, and light in weight, so the shoe molds well to your foot. Linen, for its part, is among the most breathable natural plant fibers around, letting air circulate freely; it also carries antibacterial qualities and is highly effective at wicking away moisture. On the inside, the sneakers feature a natural cork insole with antiseptic properties, along with a bamboo lining that helps regulate temperature - keeping your feet dry and comfortable step after step, even during the warmest summer nights.
