Perfect for the DIY-loving crowd, our Meaningful Mantras Kaia Candle Refills let you reuse the vessel you already love. So many of you told us you didn't want to throw away your Kaia glass every time your candle finished burning, so we came up with a fix: melt or freeze out the leftover wax to clean the glass, then push the refill out from the bottom with your thumb, lift it out by the wick, and set it into your emptied Kaia glass. Done!
Scent Story: Madagascar Vanilla is a soft, gilded blend that feels creamy, luminous, and indulgent. It opens with a light, airy note of coconut water - cool and bright, like a tropical drink on sun-warmed skin. The heart reveals vanilla orchid, silky and floral, adding a graceful sweetness. As it burns further, rich vanilla bean unfolds in gentle waves alongside golden brown sugar, finishing smooth and caramel-like, reminiscent of a cashmere wrap.

Aromatherapy Benefits: Vanilla planifolia is often linked to feelings of comfort and emotional calm - typically described as soothing, cozy, and grounding. Ingredients: Petrochemical-free coconut wax, castor oil, Vanilla Planifolia flower extract, natural triethyl citrate.
Scent Strength: Strong. Note that essential oil candles release a lighter scent while burning - don't expect them to fill an entire room.
Instructions for Use (prep your empty Kaia vessel first):
1. Once your candle has burned down completely, extinguish it and let it cool fully. Then place it in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
2. Use a butter knife to pop out the leftover wax and wick - it should break apart into large chunks easily. If this doesn't work, place the glass on a baking sheet and warm it in the oven to melt down the remaining wax, making the wick easier to remove. Use oven mitts for safety.
3. Push the bottom of the Meaningful Mantras refill container with your thumb to release the refill. This might take a bit of patience depending on your home's temperature - since our wax has no paraffin or soy, it's softer than most waxes, so getting a little coconut oil on your fingers is normal and a sign of its natural formulation.
4. Lift the refill out carefully by the wick and place it into a clean Meaningful Mantras 8oz Kaia candle glass. Note: this refill is designed to fit only the Kaia glass.
5. Light the candle and enjoy, letting the wax pool to the edges before putting it out. Do not light the candle while it's still in the refill tube - the tube is only meant for transporting the refill into your Kaia glass.
