I've heard a lot of positive things about Turkesterone and its benefits, but I was not sure which brand to get. I decided to try this one based on its ingredients and reviews. Also, I liked the fact that you can take only 1 capsule per day.
I have been taking it for 10 days now and I am surprised to see that it did increase my overall energy level. I felt so much energy the day after taking it. I was impressed about that. It also helps me sleep. For this reason I take it at night because I feel very relaxed. The other good thing, no side effects. I am going to keep taking it and will definitely keep buying it.
I exercise and do weight training as well and my muscles are looking lovely. These haven't directly altered my body composition in any meaningful way but they have shown themselves to be clearly efficacious in regards to strength. I track my numbers pretty closely. I typically know how much I'll be lifting for how many reps for how man sets. After a few days of taking these I was surpassing my targets to the point that the placebo effect was no longer a reasonable cause. They are clearly efficacious and i'd imagine that they show themselves to be similarly useful to anyone else looking for strength increases for whatever goal you might be pursuing.
