Liposomal L-Glutamine Capsules

It's been almost a month and I have to say that I feel great. I know this helps with immunity and (knock on wood) I haven't been sick all month (after having bronchitis and pneumonia) and taking a Vitamin B supplement with this. I know this is supposed to help the immune system so I'm hoping that not feeling sick at all - with two kids in schools full of germs - is a result of taking this. I'm going to keep on it and hopefully it continues to keep me sick-free!

Okey so I do Hot yoga 🧘‍♀️ all 7 days a week, after taking this product more than 3+ weeks I can really see the difference. I am able to go in more depth using muscle strength and I can balance more effortlessly.. my claves are no more crying from previous day’s practice. It helps to recover my muscles speedily I believe and next day my whole body is ready to hit the class. Not only that my gut is super happy too! One of the best supplements I am taking it right now. I don’t get any after taste or anything weird like that. Thank you guys for creating this.

I recently started taking Liposomal L-Glutamine for a healthy digestive system and immune system support. So far I feel good, haven’t been sick in a while and feel like I have more energy.
