Liposomal Beta-Alanine

I really enjoyed this supplement, I use it as a pre workout and so far I’m happy with it. I don’t really like powders so I’m very happy with the capsule form.

I love that this is a 2 month supply with just 3 pills a day. The pills are easy for me to swallow and no aftertaste or stomach issues. The ingredients are awesome with nothing artificial added. No added sugars or colors. Just a good dose of the high quality main ingredient. I prefer to take these before working out. I have noticed more energy and endurance overall. Very happy with these.

This product helps muscle endurance in high-intensity exercise. I take it before doing Tabata or HIIT. I like the clean ingredients.
