Bayberry—Northern Bayberry to be specific (Myrica pensylvanica)—is a wild, native, and abundant tree that grows fragrant leaves, berries, and roots. Glam Gardener harvests and infuses the leaves of this plant into our Lavender Bayberry Wildflower syrup.
Historically, this plant's waxy berries were harvested to make candles due to their intoxicating aroma. Its flavor is reminiscent of jasmine tea, resulting in a wild plant with a familiar flavor. Bayberry has antibacterial, antioxidant, and astringent properties. It's floral essence pairs magically with the flavor of organic lavender.

Lavender is a fragrant, flavorful, and healing plant with nervine properties, meaning that it has the ability to calm the nervous system. It's one of the most popular herbs across the world.. Our culinary lavender is organically grown.
