I want to continue to learn how to use food as medicine as often as possible using evidenced based information interpreted by a REAL health professional like Dr. Greger while not being pressured to by supplements. I refer people to Nutritionfacts.org often.
He is the best at what he does in my opinion and I have been a monthly supporter for years!
As a retired health professional, I feel good knowing he makes safe, reliable, evidence based health information to the public on a wide variety of lifestyle topics. Well done Dr. Greger and Team!
The evidence based clinical trials and population studies gives me clear understanding, that the torture and slaughter of animals is only required by desperate starving primitive tribes where agriculture is not possible, such as in remote deserts and small islands isolated from commerce where people refuse to migrate to a more healthy living location.
