In these cases, we allow exchanges only, under the following conditions: 1. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order 2. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging 3. All shipping costs related to exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, including shipping to return the product and for the replacement item. 4. Exchanges are subject to our discretion. If a product appears opened, used, tampered with, or damaged, the exchange will be denied. In such cases, customers may choose to: • Have the item returned at their own expense, or • Allow us to responsibly dispose of the product. A return item must be received in warehouse before a refund will be issued.
