Since 2017, the Heray Spice farmers' cooperative has been dedicated to traditional cultivation and harvesting. Our annual harvest occurs during a brief window in November and December each year. Skilled hands delicately collect the Crocus sativus flowers at dawn. By meticulously separating the stigmas, we ensure only the Super Negin grade—our highest quality saffron—is selected. This careful process removes all yellow styles and floral debris, leaving only the vibrant, deep-red whole threads and saffron threads.
