Heray Fennel Seeds grow on the pristine land of Ghor, Afghanistan. The greenish yellow seeds feature a pleasant aroma of sweet and mint. Fennel tastes mild anise and sweetened, and is used in soups, sauces, fish dishes, lamb, breads, cakes, and more recipes. The local methods of hand-harvesting and sun-drying give these seeds a robust in flavor and smell.
