Each bag weighs 25.75oz (730g) and yields either: 2 large loaves (9 in by 5 in, 18 slices per loaf), 4 pizza crusts (10-12 in), or 24 dinner rolls.

We supply the flour mix along with the recipes - all you need to do is add water and oil (plus a few other ingredients), mix, and bake! Our aim is to make healthy, delicious gluten-free baking simple enough for anyone to enjoy at home. If bread is what you're after, this particular mix is our Classy Slice flavor. With just a handful of extra ingredients, you can also transform it into any of our other bread flavors: Hemp Hemp Hooray!, Buckwheat Molasses, and Cravin' Raisin.

Baking one big loaf from this mix costs roughly $6.00, and that loaf comes out 30% larger than our traditional pre-baked Classy Slice.

Shelf life: 3 years from the production date when stored at ambient temperature. Refrigeration is not required.
