Product Description
Two materials meeting through structure.
The Dovetail Dress brings together Candiani indigo raw denim and Purple Dove Vegatex in a composition defined by contrast and connection. A lace-up front panel runs through the center of the garment, introducing tension against the relaxed shirt-dress form.
The silhouette remains oversized and free, allowing the fabric to fall naturally from the shoulders. The curved Vegatex kangaroo pouch and structured collar anchor the front of the piece while the denim body moves with ease.
Where the materials meet, the construction echoes dovetail joinery: separate elements cut so precisely they lock together through form alone.
Inspired by the dove, symbolic of grace and peace in motion.
