About This Item

A 2.20 lb bucket of pure Carnallite Dead Sea salt intended for baths, foot soaks, hand soaks, and mineral-based self-care routines.

About Karnalite M-20™: This mineral-rich Carnallite Dead Sea salt is sourced from the Jordanian Dead Sea region. It is naturally low in sodium chloride while being rich in potassium and magnesium salts, and it contains naturally occurring minerals and trace elements including potassium, magnesium, chloride, sodium, calcium, bromide, sulfate, iron, strontium, lithium, boron, zinc, manganese, copper, selenium, iodine, phosphorus, silicon, cobalt, and nickel. It's formulated for bath and soak use, helping to soften and refresh the feel of the skin while contributing to a calming self-care experience.

How To Use: A 3 fl oz measuring cup is included in the package. Since the weight of the salt can differ based on crystal size and density, this cup should be treated as an approximate household measure only - for precise dosing, measure by weight instead.

- Bath: Pour 4 measuring cups of the salt into warm bathwater. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse off if you prefer and pat your skin dry. If you want a more concentrated mineral soak, you can add up to 2 more measuring cups, adjusting to your own comfort level. Recommended frequency is 1 to 3 times weekly, or as tolerated.
- Hand Soak: Mix 1 measuring cup of salt into a basin of warm water. Let your hands soak for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse and dry. Recommended frequency is 2 to 4 times weekly, or as tolerated.
- Foot Soak: Combine 4 measuring cups of salt with warm water in a basin. Soak feet for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse and pat dry. A pumice stone may be used afterward to gently smooth rough skin. Recommended frequency is 1 to 3 times weekly, or as tolerated.

Safety & Care Information: Intended for external use only, and should not come into contact with eyes - if it does, flush thoroughly with clean water right away. Avoid applying to skin that is broken, irritated, freshly shaved, or otherwise damaged. Stop use if you notice irritation, redness, burning, or discomfort, and see a physician if symptoms don't go away. Keep this product away from children and do not swallow it. Anyone who is pregnant, nursing, diabetic, elderly, currently under medical care, or living with heart disease, high blood pressure, respiratory issues, circulation problems, skin conditions, or other chronic illness should talk to their healthcare provider before using this product. Extended soaking sessions or soaking in hot (rather than warm) water may not be safe for everyone, so use warm water only and follow the directions as given.

Net Weight: 2.20 lb / 35.2 oz / 1 kg
