I ordered this belt twice.

The first time, I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and customer service was quick to help me resolve the issue. I contacted customer service, and they quickly responded to help find a replacement that was in stock, and offered advice to ensure if would fit. The replacement I ordered was not in stock, so I bought this one again, but in the right size.

The belt seems great! Simple, but a good look and feel to it. I wanted a grey belt, and the red inside is a little feminine for my taste, but it's not a very big deal. For my needs, it seems perfect. I'm hoping it is durable and does not have any issues with the loops becoming worn out. Some of the other options I've looked at had updated reinforcement to prevent breakage, but it will take time to see how this one lasts.

The only complaint I have is that there was some fraying/minor imperfections on the belt. Pretty minimal, and hard to notice. There's a very little piece that sort of 'splintered off' on the edge of the belt, which looks like a handling or machining error. Basically a thin piece of the faux leather that looks like it got cut at some point, which can easily be cut off and would not be noticeable. Aside from that, there are two, maybe three frayed stitches that are jutting out from the belt. Also easily fixable or ignorable. I did not notice these imperfections on the first belt I ordered, and I'm sure if it was really a big enough issue, customer service would quickly make it right.

All in all, this seems like a good belt! Glad to support a company that is consciously making vegan accessories. I will likely shop with them again in the future.
