Goldenrod is both a cultivated and wild-growing native plant. We always source our Goldenrod organic and wildcrafted from American farmers for the highest quality flavor and potency.
It's been used to reduce pain and swelling from inflammation. It's also used as a diuretic to induce cleansing for the urinary tract system by increasing flow.
This late summer/early fall flower has been touted for its ability to address allergy symptoms caused by fall blooms. Lastly, Goldenrod contains polyphenols, which are plant-based chemicals that often act as antioxidants.
Stinging nettle: A wild superfood packed with nutrients:
Stinging nettle is a perennial plant that has been used medicinally for ages, dating back to Ancient Greece. It's a superfood and highly-touted wild-edible used for various culinary and medicinal purposes.
