About This Item

These organic sweetpotato slices are freeze dried and seasoned with organic virgin coconut oil, sea salt, and organic ceylon cinnamon. This was actually the very first flavor we experimented with when developing our freeze drying process, and it remains the founder's personal favorite - the "original" method of baking sweetpotatoes to enjoy right from the oven. It also works wonderfully for making s'mores (pictured below). The taste is reminiscent of a cookie, making it a natural pairing with ice cream (see the ice cream sandwich photo to the left), yogurt, or your favorite nut butter. Crush it into smaller pieces and it doubles as a surprisingly good cereal. If you're in the mood for something savory instead, a mild salsa pairs nicely with this flavor as well. *Please note: the 8 oz pouches come with smaller slices, similar in size and shape to our Sea Salt Bits. If you prefer the longer, larger slices, go with the 2 oz pouches instead. Ingredients: organic sweetpotatoes, organic coconut oil, spring salt, organic ceylon cinnamon. *Certified Organic by CCOF **Certified Seed Oil Free by Seed Oil Free Alliance
