This kit lets you prepare butter paneer, butter tofu, or butter chicken, so you can choose the version that fits your diet: use firm or extra-firm tofu for a fully plant-based (PB) version, paneer for a vegetarian (VG) version (paneer is widely available at most grocery stores), or chicken for a meat version. If making it with chicken, grilling the pieces works, but marinating them beforehand results in noticeably deeper flavor. This dish makes a great main course served alongside rice or a pita or whole wheat wrap.
