Before You Begin
Before using any product for the first time, do a patch test - this is especially important for the Carnallis C-12™ Wet Mineral Clay and Carnallis C-10™ Dry Mineral Clay Powder. Apply a small amount of the prepared product to the inside of your forearm, leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Wait 24 hours and watch for reactions. If you notice redness, burning, itching, or irritation, don't apply it to larger areas of skin. Only use on skin that is clean and unbroken - avoid cuts, scratches, broken or sunburned skin, freshly shaved areas, or any irritated spots. A slight, brief tingling can be normal for some people, but burning, pain, or visible irritation is not - if this happens, rinse off right away and stop using the product.

- Step 2: Carnallis C-12™ Wet Mineral Clay - Spread a thin, even layer onto clean skin. Leave for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Don't let the clay dry out completely or crack while on your skin.
- Step 3: Moisturize - Pat skin dry after rinsing and follow with your favorite moisturizer or body oil.
2. The Deep Ritual - a slower, more thorough face or body treatment for an at-home spa feel.
- Step 1: Karnalite Scrub Mineral Fusion™ - Start with damp skin, massage gently, and rinse thoroughly.
- Step 2: Carnallis C-12™ Wet Mineral Clay - Apply a thin, even coat to the body or specific areas. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse.
- Step 3: Carnallis C-10™ Dry Mineral Clay Powder - Combine 1 to 2 teaspoons of the powder with 1 to 2 teaspoons of water or hydrosol in a small bowl until you get a smooth paste. Apply to clean skin, keeping away from the eyes, lips, and mucous membranes. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse well. If your skin is dry or sensitive, mix the clay with water first, then blend in a few drops of jojoba oil or another skin-friendly oil for a gentler texture.

- Step 1: Wet Mineral Clay - Smooth Carnallis C-12™ Wet Mineral Clay onto clean skin slowly and evenly. Breathe deeply and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing off.
- Step 2: Dry Mineral Clay Powder - Mix Carnallis C-10™ Dry Mineral Clay Powder with water, hydrosol, or a few drops of oil to form a smooth paste. Apply to specific areas, then rinse thoroughly. Never sprinkle or inhale the dry powder.
