The Snapper Creek Story
Founded in 2024 by newlyweds Phil Cornell and Marion Delaney in Nashville, Snapper Creek grew from a mini-air-fryer kitchen experiment into a thriving, flavor-first business. Named after the canal near Marion's childhood home, the brand brings fun, nutrition, and premium taste to every bag.
Our Mission & Impact
We believe in absolute transparency, focusing on two major community goals:

Fair Wages: We employ 5 team members at a base wage of $20/hour, aiming to provide health benefits soon. The co-founders currently take zero wages, reinvesting all revenue back into the business.

Fighting Food Insecurity: We donate 1 out of every 25 bags sold to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, totaling $1,132 in jerky value so far in 2026. We believe every child deserves the nutritional fuel to learn and thrive.
