He has coached over 500 athletes to achieve their fitness goals, specializing in custom diet and training programs tailored to each client's needs. He works with powerlifters, bodybuilders, soccer moms, endurance athletes, and those looking to live happier, healthier, and longer lives. John didn't start out as a vegan, but like most, he claimed to love animals. To prove this, he put his words into action. He was first introduced to vegetarianism at 10 years old, attempted veganism for a week at 13 years old, and never looked back. Almost 20 years vegan and counting.
