Shreds of Grace

Shreds of Grace are just wonderful! I am telling everyone who likes vegetarian/plant-based foods about them. They have an excellent nutrition profile and the texture is just perfect for stir-fries and even soup. LOVE THEM!

As a vegan personal trainer that eats high protein , say grace has become a staple in my diet. The macros are amazing and the product is so versatile . I recommend it to everyone I know! 10/10 😊

I’m not into TVP and most soy proteins but I love the texture of the shreds of grace. Goes well in many dishes. I boiled 10-15 minutes and then season with garlic, onion, paprika, turmeric, cumin, pepper and salt. So good!!!! Goes well in soups, salads, bowls, burritos, pasta, and noodles dishes. Very versatile product. I didn’t like the nuggets and bits as much as this. Maybe i didn’t squeeze them enough. I love that is just 1 ingredient. I love the low fat, high fiber and protein. You will have a forever costumer with the shreds!

I've been plant based for a while and am always looking for high-protein items that aren't super high in calories. These are fantastic, they are easy to make and take marinade very well. I ordered more as soon as I ran out.
