From the vendor
To care for your Gaia, simply rub the outside with a damp cloth and then let them air dry without exposing them to direct sunlight to avoid damaging the colors.
To freshen up your insoles, you can remove them and sprinkle them with a little baking soda, then leave them in an airtight bag for a few hours. Remove the powder by shaking your insoles, then put them back in your shoes. That's all there is to it! :)

The Gaia shoes fit true to size.
We recommend ordering your usual size. If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering one size up.
If your shoes feel a little snug upon arrival, please note that the materials used in our Gaia shoes will soften over time.
* The insoles in our Gaia shoes are removable. You can therefore remove them and replace them with your own if you wish.
