Each product page features a circular “bubble” images to the side of product, and by scrolling through the gallery, you’ll find detailed swatches of every shade, both in the container and on the skin (usually in the final images). These visuals are designed to provide a realistic look at each shade so you can shop with greater confidence! We understand that upon receiving your order, you may immediately recognize, without opening or using the product, that the shade isn’t a match. In these cases, we allow exchanges only, under the following conditions: 1. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order 2. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging 3. All shipping costs related to exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, including shipping to return the product and for the replacement item. 4. Exchanges are subject to our discretion. If a product appears opened, used, tampered with, or damaged, the exchange will be denied. In such cases, customers may choose to: • Have the item returned at their own expense, or • Allow us to responsibly dispose of the product. A return item must be received in warehouse before a refund will be issued. (Please consider a tracked package) Kindly note that the following items are FINAL SALE: • Bundles: Products sold as part of a bundle are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. • Discounted Items: Products purchased using coupon or discount codes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that appear to have been opened or used. Items purchased at a Sweet LeiLani Retailer: We are sorry, but we cannot accept merchandise purchased at a Sweet LeiLani retail partner. We respect our partnerships with our trusted retailers and aim to create policies that are beneficial to the customer, the retailer and Sweet LeiLani. Any items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the retailer from which the product was originally purchased and returned in accordance with their return policies.
