Three filled cups equal approximately 1 U.S. cup of carnallite salt. Best For - Mineral bath soaking - Foot soak rituals - Hand softening rituals - Weekly self-care and body comfort - Spa-style relaxation at home How To Use Bath: Add 4 included measuring cups to warm bath water. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes. For a more mineral-rich bath, add up to 2 additional cups. Use 2 to 3 times per week. Hand soak: Add 1 measuring cup to a basin of warm water. Soak hands for 10 to 15 minutes. Use 3 to 4 times per week. Foot soak: Add 4 measuring cups to a basin of warm water. Soak feet for 15 to 20 minutes. Use 2 to 3 times per week. Follow with a pumice stone if desired.
