The KX LAB in Los Angeles is a prototype for a radically more humane, technologically advanced, and beautiful knit manufacturing facility that brings consumers, products, and the people that make them closer together. Focused specifically on knit footwear and apparel, the 36,000sf facility combines production, R&D, showroom, and retail all under one roof. There’s a garden too.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on most international orders within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Due to customs, shipping costs, and product handling, international customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Certain items, including perishables, personal care products, or items marked Final Sale, may not be eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping or duties paid. Please note that original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
