Sizing: The Winton fits true to size, but is a little narrow in width across the front of the foot. We advise you to take your usual size, unless you consider your feet to be a little strong or if you are between two sizes. In this case, we advise you to take a size above the one you usually take. If upon receipt of this model, the size is a little tight, please note that the materials of our Winton soften over time.
The insoles of our Winton are removable. You can therefore remove them to replace them with your own insoles if you wish.

Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on most international orders within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Due to customs, shipping costs, and product handling, international customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
Certain items, including perishables, personal care products, or items marked Final Sale, may not be eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping or duties paid. Please note that original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
