Yellow split peas are clearly related to their green cousins but they have a unique creamy texture and flavor. You can substitute green peas in most recipes but they cook faster have thinner skins.
Both the yellow and green split peas are new for Rancho Gordo.
A classic pureed Indian dal over rice is a delicious quick meal, especially when topped with well-cooked onions.

Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on most international orders within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Due to customs, shipping costs, and product handling, international customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
