The footbed can be cleaned with bicarbonate of soda and a little dash of natural soap. In case your Nuos get wet, it is best to dry them immediately to prevent the metal buckles from rusting.

We gladly accept returns on most international orders within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Due to customs, shipping costs, and product handling, international customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping or duties paid. Please note that original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
