How it works
Each month, we send two exclusive micro-batch bars and a third Raaka bar from our current collection that pairs perfectly with the theme of the month. Each month's bars are delivered in our First Nibs shipper box with a welcome card and tasting notes from our Head Chocolate Maker, Nate Hodge. If you'd like, we'll even include a handwritten gift note; just select the gift note option at checkout!
We ship every batch on or around the 15th of the month. If you order between the 1st and 15th, your order will ship on the 15th; if you order between the 15th and the end of the month, your order will ship out within 2 business days. In general, you will always receive the FN box from the month you ordered in. Be sure to enter the receiver's address for shipping and we'll take care of the rest.

Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on most international orders within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Due to customs, shipping costs, and product handling, international customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
Certain items, including perishables, personal care products, or items marked Final Sale, may not be eligible for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping or duties paid. Please note that original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
To initiate an international return, please contact our support team at info@veganamerica.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
