The Breadsmart Lame features an innovative dual-ended design: it fits both a curved and straight blade. Lames are used for scoring bread dough before it goes in the oven. The scoring is done for aesthetics, but also to ensure the loaf rises properly. Straight blades are great for simple, long slashes or for making intricate designs, and curved blades are ideal for making dramatic ears. Now you can get both in one handy tool!

We gladly accept returns on most international orders within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
