These are quite good. I’m not a big eater and these vitamins make up for what my lack of food intake misses.

I needed a multivitamin that worked well and had the right smell and taste. They are easy to swallow,taste isn’t too potent,no aftertaste and I do enjoy the packaging.

Overall good multivitamin. I started taking it because I wanted a biotin supplement to help with nail growth and decided a complete multivitamin would be better. Helps give me some energy when I take in the morning after breakfast. For me, I need to take after a larger breakfast or meal or it gives me nausea. I’ve take this before meal or with a small snack and it’s made me throw up. However, this happens to me with other types of vitamins too, so I don’t think it’s necessarily specific to this brand.
