I’ve been using these supplements for several years now due to a very low vitamin D result on my blood test. Since osteoporosis runs on my mom’s side and I am very fair skinned, it was time to take a D supplement along with my calcium. I have had consistently good blood tests since then and my bone density test came out normal so I will keep using this product. No problems taking it without food although better absorbed with food as most vitamins are.
